Leon Draisaitl, the superstar centre of the Oilers, is continuing his remarkable season as his stats demonstrate his unwavering form. Having played in 71 games, he has already amassed 45 goals and 67 assists, tallying up to a total of 112 points. Impressively, he has also scored 28 power-play goals and accumulated 55 power-play points. However, during his recent game against the Arizona Coyotes, Draisaitl was involved in an altercation with centre Jack McBain. While taking a face-off, McBain made a slight jab at Draisaitl with his stick, provoking a swift response from Draisaitl as he swung his stick in retaliation.

When Draisaitl swung his stick in retaliation against McBain's jab during the face-off, he unfortunately missed his target and ended up hitting the linesman instead. As a result, he was sent to the penalty box for two minutes.

With only eight games left until the playoffs, Leon Draisaitl of the Oilers is currently on an incredible point streak. In his last five games, he has tallied one goal and 11 assists, accumulating a total of 12 points. The Oilers are counting on Draisaitl to maintain this impressive performance into the playoffs, giving them a strong chance to advance to the Stanley Cup final.
