The Edmonton Oilers are back in their home turf after an overtime win against the LA Kings on Sunday night. With the series tied at 2-2, the Oilers are only two wins away from taking home the championship.
The team faces the Kings again tonight in Edmonton before heading back to Los Angeles for game 6. A win tonight is crucial for the Oilers and coach Jay Woodcroft has made some bold changes to the lineup.
Woodcroft has given Dylan Holloway, who was recently called up, a huge promotion to the Oilers top line alongside McDavid and Draisaitl. Nick Bjugstad, the 6'7" centerman, has also been given a promotion to the second line, centering Zach Hyman and Ryan-Nugent Hopkins.
Despite rumors that Jack Campbell would replace Stuart Skinner in goal after a tough game 4, Woodcroft is confident in Skinner and has chosen him to start in tonight's game.
