David Pastrnak Signs a $90 million Contract Extension And It's Bad News For Ken Holland
David Pastrnak, star forward of the Boston Bruins, just agreed to an 8-year contract extension with a cap hit of $11.25 million.
Pastrnak has 80 points, including 42 goals in 60 games this season.
This is not good news for Ken Holland, as a certain Leon Draisaitl will be free agent in two years and he could ask for a contract just like Pastrnak.
If Draisaitl wants $10 million or more, Ken Holland will have to make choices, as Connor McDavid's contract will end just a year after. The two players combined could represent an important portion of the teams' cap hit.
