Sidney Crosby hands out season tickets to fans after signing his contract
Sidney Crosby has always been a beloved member of the NHL - and his classy nature has just been emphasized in a fun video circulating on X (formally known as twitter)
Accoding to the NHL, The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-signed captain Sidney Crosby to a two-year contract extension, it was announced today by President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Kyle Dubas.
The contract runs through the 2026-27 season and carries an average annual value of $8.7 million.
After the announcement was made official, Sidney Crosby went around Pittsburgh and delivered season tickets Penguins fans across the city. As if fans didn't have enough reasons to love Sidney Crosby - but this is just pure class.
The video released by The Spittin Chiclets podcast shows Crosby interacting with local fans, and giving daps to kids. I think it's pretty safe to say that Penguins enthusiasts are glad to have their captain stick around for the next few years.
