The Winnipeg Jets will be looking for a bounce-back after losing losing to the Edmonton Oilers in overtime last weekend by a score of 3-2.

As per Illegal Curve, The Jets last played on Saturday when they dropped a 3-2 decision to the Oilers in Edmonton in OT. Tonight they will have a more veteran heavy roster as they look to get their game going against those same Oilers. Of course after all the special teams work on Tuesday we should be seeing some new power play and penalty kill configurations this evening.

Here are the Winnipeg Jets projected lines and pairings:

Connor-Scheifele-Vilardi
Namestnikov-Lambert-Ehlers
Niederreiter-Lowry-JAD
Gustafsson-Kupari-Ford

Morrissey-DeMelo
Samberg-Pionk
Stanley-Miller
Lundmark-Salomonsson

Kahkonen
DiVincentiis

The Winnipeg Jets aren't holding back tonight as they are icing 80% of their best skaters. Although we wont see the likes of two time Vezina Trophy winner Connor Hellebuyck, the Oilers will have their work cut out for them tonight.

The Edmonton Oilers won't have any of their elite skaters dressing for the game, so this will be an excellent test for the young guns as the Winnipeg Jets will be coming out guns blazin'.

It was reported yesterday that Oilers top prospect Raphael Lavoie will be sidelined tonight due to a lower body injury suffered during training camp. This comes as a massive blow for the Oilers who were hoping him to be available for tonight's game.

You can watch the game live on Oilers+ at 6:00 pm MT or listen live on the Oilers Radio Network, including 630CHED.
