Should The Vegas Golden Knights Be Concerned?
The upcoming 2nd round of the Western Conference playoffs between the Vegas Golden Knights and the Edmonton Oilers is expected to be an exciting match-up.
However, it seems that the Golden Knights have encountered an issue. Despite his return from LTIR on April 17th, there are concerns regarding the status of their long-time Captain, Mark Stone, who is set to play in the game.
Head coach Bruce Cassidy did not provide any updates or express any concerns about Captain Mark Stone's condition after he left practice early.
Could the Vegas Golden Knights potentially lose their Captain once more due to his history of injuries that may negatively impact the team? The Captain has suffered from 8 injuries over the past 3 years, including back and lower body injuries that remain undisclosed.
If so, Vegas may end up being easy pickings for a high-powered Edmonton team.
