The Edmonton Oilers Post a Huge And Adorable Announcement on Social Media

Edmonton Oilers defenseman Cody Ceci briefly took a break from the team after welcoming his new baby girl into the world. However, Ceci is now back with the team and ready to go for the playoffs, which start on April 17th against the LA Kings in Round 1.

The Oilers shared an adorable photo of baby Ceci and took to social media to congratulate Cody and his wife Jamie on the birth of their healthy daughter, Sawyer Ceci. The team welcomed her to "Oil Country."

While Ceci's hiatus may have caused a momentary pause for his game, the Oilers will no doubt be pleased to have him back for the upcoming playoff push.
