As per Liam McCormick of Oilers Daily, The house at 8 Valleyview Avenue has gone up for sale for the price of nearly $4M. It's right in central Edmonton a few minutes away from the zoo, and it shares a court with Oilers owner Daryl Katz who lives in Valleyview, a mansion custom built in 2004.
