Amazon's Faceoff highly anticipated series debuts tomorrow on Prime Video, and Oilers enthusiasts will be getting a raw look at their captain with some amazing behind the scenes footage.

Oilers Insider posted an article a few weeks back showing Connor McDavid screaming his head off in the Oilers locker room after being down in the Stanley Cup Finals. According to ESPN'S Greg Wyshynski, there's a clip of McDavid breaking down in tears after the Cup Final, while Nugent-Hopkins and Draisaitl embrace him.

Like I said, we get a much different side of @EdmontonOiler star Connor McDavid on "FACEOFF: Inside the NHL," which premiere on Friday. McDavid breaks down crying in locker room after SCF Game 7. RNH rubs his neck. Draisaitl taps his thigh to say it's OK. Powerful.

According to Liam McCormick of Oilers Daily, Connor McDavid has always quiet and a bit shy when interacting with fans and media, so to see this unfiltered side of him as a leader with his teammates is absolutely incredible. McDavid recently commented on the video, saying he wasn't entirely comfortable with the media access but understands the importance of growing hockey audiences.

McCormick add - Some hockey fans thought McDavid screaming at his teammates was poor leadership, but it's exactly the opposite. At such a pivotal moment of the Cup Final, the team Captain needs to rally the team morally to keep them in the series. Coming from a player who beat Gretzky's assist record in the playoffs, it carries quite a bit of weight. As McDavid said, they needed whatever every player had to give. They came just one game short of mounting a miracle 0-3 series comeback.
