After it was announced that Vincent Desharnais was acquired by the Vancouver Canucks, Desharnais was put in a position to get acquainted with his new teammates right after a tense second round postseason matchup.
As per Noah Strang for Daily Hive, When asked by winger Conor Garland what he learned about the Canucks across those seven games, the blueliner had the perfect answer.
Desharnaris played for the Edmonton Oilers last season and eliminated the Canucks in the second round before making it all the way to Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final. While the Oilers fell just short of their ultimate goal, that second-round series means Desharnais will already be very familiar with many of his new teammates.
This is a hilarious interaction between the two new teammates. It's good to see there's no bad blood after the Oilers ousted the Canucks in a game 7 second round matchup.
