Mike Commodore crossed the line with recent comments
Former Carolina Hurricane and Stanley Cup champion as been under the hot seat for his recent comments towards Patrik Laine.
As per Habs Fanatics, Former NHL player Mike Commodore is always entertaining to follow on social media, but with Patrik Laine, he has probably gone too far.
Mike Commodore harshly criticizes Patrik Laine
It wasn't the visit itself that irritated Commodore, but rather Laine's outfit. He wasn't happy to see him walking around the locker room in black and white spotted pants and lime green shoes. He used his usual blunt language to express his thoughts:
Mike Commodore is definitely one of those Sean Avery type of personalities. He's known for his vulgar online rants and roasting fellow NHL athletes on a regular basis.
Oilers fans will remember Mike Commodore well. During the Oilers miraculous 06' cup run, he was a formidable force on the Hurricanes team that ultimately ousted the Oilers in a heart breaking game 7 loss.
Patrik Laine, who recently completed a stint in the NHLPA's players assistant program is known to be one of the more flamboyant personalties in the NHL. He's been dealing with mental health issues and depression, something Commodore should have taken into account before heckling him.
